Well, my bravery knows no bounds lol!
I’ve done another little YouTube video! This time it’s a look at my planner and starting off my gratitude notebook.
Gratitude is important, we need to be aware of life that is around us and to review what makes our lives better, daily. The practice of gratitude has been proven to be beneficial to our lives, as has journaling.
I’m in the middle of editing a book review video, which I’m really excited about, and I’ll share about this when it’s all done 🙂

So, it’s early morning, and I’m journaling in bed. It strikes me that in bed I write more, and it’s more “real”.
Showing up to my journal is important. Each day I write and each day it helps.
I’m currently using my Christmas washi, and this is lovely. My friend Sasha bought me it for Christmas but owing to time issues we didn’t get to see each other until way after Christmas and I’ve been waiting to use it!
I’m looking forward to Christmas just for the nice feeling it brings. 🙂
Today I’m using my “baby it’s cold outside ” washi. It reminds me of the film frozen.
So it’s a prompt in itself!
